Consignment Agreement

 

This Consignment Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into this              day in the month of________ in the year 200___ between Arizona Bakery Service (the “Selling Agent”) located at 4460 E. Main St. #120, Mesa, AZ 85205  and the Consignor:

Terms

1. The Consignor agrees that equipment is in good working condition and doesn’t need any repairs. The Consignor may choose to sell the equipment as is with no repairs (let us know if there are any).

2. The equipment will remain at Arizona Bakery Services location, listed above and remain available for inspection by potential buyers until the equipment has been sold.

3. Arizona Bakery Service will come out and take pictures of each piece of equipment and take all information such as: Make, Model, Serial and any other information that is needed for us to sell the equipment properly.

4. Attached is a list of Equipment to be sold by Arizona Bakery Service for the consignor.

5. Preparing the equipment to be sold and shipped to the Buyer is the sole responsibility of  Arizona bakery Service.

6. Arizona Bakery Service agrees to publish the Consignor's equipment listing in our website, E-Bay Store and on Craigslist.com.

7.  Arizona Bakery Service agrees to use its best efforts to promote and sell the equipment as quickly as possible.

8. The Consignor agrees and is Responsible to pay all E-Bay/Pay-Pal fees and handling fees for each piece of equipment that are required for E-Bay. There are no fees for craigslist.com.

9. A consignment fee of 25% of the selling price of the consigned equipment is due to Arizona Bakery Service at the time of the sale. This fee will be deducted from the Buyer's Payment to Arizona Bakery Service, with the balance of the proceeds forwarded to the Consignor.

10. Option 1: The Consignor can choose to have 25% of the selling price plus E-Bay/Pay-Pal fees and handling fees due to the selling agent at the time of the sale.  OR

    Option 2: The Consignor can have 40% (this includes all fees) of the selling price due at the time of the sale.

 

Arizona Bakery Service reserves the right to sell the equipment for a price they feel is the most current "fair market price". We will call Consignor before we accept any offers.
